Liber Eliensis es una crónica e historia inglesa del siglo XII escrita en latín, se compone de tres libros y fue realizada en la Abadía de Ely situada en la isla de Ely en los Fens del este de Cambridgeshire. La Abadía se convirtió en la catedral de un obispado de nueva formación en 1109. Tradicionalmente, la autoría de la obra se le ha atribuido a Richard o a Thomas, dos monjes de Ely, aunque Richard ha sido identificado también como funcionario del monasterio.
