Los borofagínidos (Borophaginae) son una subfamilia extinta de cánidos llamados perros trituradores de huesos endémicos de América del Norte durante el Oligoceno y el Plioceno; vivieron aproximadamente desde hace 36 hasta hace 2,5 millones de años y existieron durante 33,5 millones de años.
